Juniper Bank complaint by Bstrader
Juniper Credit Card company has horrible customer service and terrible company practices. They are only concerned with charging late fees and over the limit fees. I missed my payment by four days while I was traveling so I called the customer service line to let them know I would be making a payment. I was charged a $39 late fee, which I paid along with my minimum payment and I let the customer service person know that. I asked to have the late fee wavied and they said no they couldn't do that. I told them the payment I was going to make and they said that would put my account in good standing. The very next day I was charged a $39 over the limit fee. When I called customer service back to ask why the previous agent had not told me I was going to be assessed another fee or that I needed to pay more when I made my payment, they told me it was company policy that the fees are charged and it could not be reversed. I even escalated it to a supervisor and they were even more rude than the customer service rep. I will never use the credit card again (I cut it up) and I will tell all of my friends how horrible their service is.

Barclay's has two accts. LLbean & BJ's. For the past 4 days I have been denied access to either acct. Every time I talk to one of your computer people, they do not fix the problem and say try again tomorr 

I have to get into my accts. If Barclay continues to deny access, I'll persue that a later date.

Barclay's has two accts,- LLBean & BJ's. I have tried for the past 4 days to get into eithe acct. Every person that has answered the phone, said try again tomorrow. 

 

I have to get into the BJ's acct. If Barclay's continues to block my access to my accts. - that issue will be taken up at a later date.
