I received my notice from
Juniper on 03/17/08 that my bill would be forthcoming to my email and that my Payment was due on 03/16/08! The date that they posted their email was 03/14/08! I open my
mail everyday at least 7 times a day for work and before I retire for the evening and there was no received email from
Juniper until the 17th. Is this a legal way to rip off their customers, by getting a late fee as a
bonus every month? I tried calling and I'm put on hold for 20 minutes at a time.
