Juniper Bank complaint by Susan
I have been a Juniper card holder for 5 years or longer. Just paid off my credit card February 1, 2008 and I received a letter dated February 11, 2008 telling me that my credit limit was lowered from 7000 to 500, I call them February 21, 2008 to cancel the card and they tell me that they have already CLOSED my account. They wouldn't tell me why it was closed, just that it was closed. WTF!! Never been late on that card payment, pay them off IN FULL and they cancel the card. What a rip off and this goes on your credit report when your account is closed.

Hi there Susan! I applied for a Juniper card, but never received the card. I tried calling their customer service #s, but all gave me same response, rude. Please tell me how to cancel a card I never received. Since I don't know the card #, they ask for my social sec # and I don't want to give them that. Please help!
