I got on line to pay my bill and i couldnt and was blocked . What happen was there are two different card holders but with separate passwords. I was on the line for overan hour and I paid a customer rep my payment before she transferred to tech support. She told me I wouldnt be charged a late fee, I was only three minutes late. What i should have done was print the payment time on the accout web site. They didnt waive it because they didnt see nothing on the account ,but they were in the other account. Called next day and male told me he seen where the fee was to be waived.,but all of a sudden now they dont see anything. Tape conversations.
