Fees,overlimit, never ending

Juniper aka: Barclays.. If you are close to your limit, you are in trouble. A college kid trying to keep in under control and they charge fee for a cash advance, finance fee, (it was the finance fee that sent it over the limit) then, surprise, fee for being overlimit. Keep in mind the card wasn't even swiped this month. Do not transfer a balance, they get you close to the limit and wham.. fees, fees. Don't let that 'introductory rate' appeal to you. You fail to check your email and when you login to ensure your payment was applied... rate change! Not to your advantage. And be aware, you pay it off... another statement will come of the fees and finance charges you still owe! Juniper has been in my wallet too long.. cancelled... BE WARY!!!
