Juniper Bank complaint
I wanted to transfer a balance from another card. the balance was too great and I told the rep. that I do not wanted to pay on two cards. When I rejected the offer (never activated my card either) I received in the mail a statement of 350.00. I called and told them I did not make a purchase nor activated the juniper master charge. Now they are charging me late fees and it has reached 600+. They keep telling me that their is nothing they can do about it. I refuse to pay for an unauthorized charge.

You need to write a certified return receipt letter disputing those charges. The address is on the bank of the Statement. You only have 60 days, so you need to hurry. They may have already affected your credit score. If you get a call from a collection agency ask them to send proof you did the charge.
