Next I wrote the wrong # for my bank account so they call me and tell me its late,so when i get that striaghtened out she tells me i dont have a payment due until a certian date and guess what, i was stuipid to belive her so i have another late payment. meanwhile they have raised my apr from 9% to 27%. Then they tried to do it to me again but this time i didnt fall for it and i sent my payment in plenty of time.

I am pissed because I had made an on-line payment on 4/24/08 which showed received by phone and internet on 4/25/08. Everything current so I thought. I had been waiting for it to clear my bank and it had not as of 5/13/08. I called to get help from Juniper Bank and the lady (LEEZA) that was helping me started off very helpful but of course the language barrier was intense. What is up with learning proper English? Anyways she had told me per my account that my bank refused to pay them due to my non-authorization which is totally incorrect. I have made other payment through the internet with no problems. Come to find out after I was told be Leeza at Juniper that they assumed I would know how to monitor my accounts. Then I was rudely disconected in mid-sentence., The NERVE. They never informed me that the payment never went through via Internet, mail or phone call. How was I supposed to know especially to avoid a late fee which I was told today, I will not be charged for. So when I called back up for a manager, of course, someone else intervened. They told me they had a different routing and account number in their system. I told them that I had updated everything when I made the April payment. They obviously didn't get that part of the payment process and used my old account from 2 years ago. DUH!!! :( Wehad it fixed today which I better not get a late fee because I was informed that the last payment would show not paid on my next statement. Little late HUH? Oh well ,I am in the process of transferring this balance and getting out of this company. According to all the other complaints I have read, it is the BEST choice and good luck to everyone else that is still with them. :(

and heres a newsflash......the CC company cannot charge you an over-the-limit fee if you do not go over your limit! DUH! just stay within your limit, and give yourself some cushion for the FCs that YOU KNOW ARE COMING and you will be ok. good grief....stop blaming the CC company for your stupidity and take some responsibility!

This card has been the absolute worst in the world to deal with. My wife has an account with them and right from the start we put the account on autopay. A finance charge put the account over the limit by 1.38 and they charged $39. At this same time they changed their minimum payment policy and so my minimum payment did not cover the entire amount so it was charged 3 more times over the limit for a total of $156.00. They also raised the interest from 11.99% to 30.24%. Later in the year, it happened again by a finance charge putting it over the limit by 3.12. They charged 5 over-the limit fees on this one. At no time was the account ever late as the payments were being made automatically and all statements were electronic. They refused to issue any credits. This company needs to be reported to Congress and to newspapers.

I mailed my first payment over a week before it was due, on 4/13/08. Called them this morning and one more late payment and my APR defaults to 23% from the 7.99% now. My wife just went through this, we're trying to transfer her balance somewhere else, mine is next. THOSE BASTARDS LIE AND POST PAYMENTS LATE ON PURPOSE!!!

This is called predatory lending.

The website stated I had credit so I charged something. The balance went over by 29 cents and they gave me the 39 dollar charge. I talked and mailed till blue in the face and they would not give first time allowance. They said one more time and I would go to 29%.
