Jacked up my rate for being $1.72 over limit in Mid Cycle!!!

This company ***! To jack up my rate from 9.99% to 11.99% for going over limit by $1.72 for a few days during the middle of a billing cycle is a bit overboard. What makes it worse is that I paid it down before billing occurred. What makes it unforgivable is that when I called and asked for common sense and understanding they said "that's the policy". Well, I guess that I must be rigid in my policies too. They are FIRED!!!
Juniper should get out of the card business. They should enter the payday loan business.
