Juniper Bank Credit Cards Rip you Off!

I have a USAirways Platinum Mastercard from Juniper Bank. I had a bit of a balance, so decided to double up on payments. This was in October. I started making payments every two weeks (and each payment was at least double the minimum payment). I should have payed closer attention to my statements, since I wasn't making any new purchases, didn't bother. I DID look at my statement in February, and found that they had charged me $39 late fee and raised my interest rate to 30.9%!! When I called to find out why, they said I was late with my payment every month since October. I asked if they could see my payment history, and she said she could. I asked what she saw, and she read off all of my payments- one every two weeks since the middle of October. I stated that given the evidence that I'd been paying my payments every month twice a month, I would like the late fees credited back to my account, and my interest rate to be returned to where it was before. The customer service rep was rude and refused to do either. I asked to speak with a manager, and was told I couldn't speak to one. I am paying off this scam company and will never do business with them again! I urge everyone else to do the same!
