Juniper bank must be on crack.
My interest rate jumped from 9.99 to 22.49 percent because I bumped into the credit limit on a trip to New Orleans. I have payed the statement balance in full every month for the last couple of years and yet they are ignorant enough to think I would put up with this type of fee abuse. Tried communicating with customer service and all they want to de is sell their credit protector insurance...yea right.
Had to close the account, shred the card and pay the balance in full as usual. It's the principle of the thing rather than actual effect on my wallet.
