Juniper Bank complaint
Since I recieved an account with Juniper Bank I have been royally screwed. They offer an on line payment and then do not process the payment in time or say they did not receive it at all. They then charge late fees. Why would I not make at the least the min. payment of 10.00 on time knowing that I would incurr a 45.00 late fee. They then satrted the harrasing phone calls. I received 20 calls a day to collect 12.82. I stopped using the card payed it off for this reason but had to use it a year later and the same thing happend... they need to be shut down

Juniper bank card is the worst, I just can't sum it all in too words how bad they are.....very bad!!!!!
