I had a Lufthansa Credit Card and paid my invoice in full but then had a question about some funny charges appearing on my account. The customer service reaction startled me and I cancelled the account. I asked them to remove the account from my credit report but they declined. I wrote many e-Mails and called, but reached no one. The hight up management is hiding behind a "fire-wall" and can not be called. There is no number to call anyone of the Executive Team of that bank. Rude service, poor product and nasty agents - don't use!!!

this company is criminal!!!! they offered me a balance transfer check several months ago for $3000 and while the check was being processed, they lowered my credit limit to $250 wreaking havoc on my other accounts and causing over a $100 in late fees and bounced check fees. i have recently realized that the over limit fee applies after 20 days and does not show up on the statement until it is too late and they have stuck you for another $39. i hope this company rots in ***!!!

Something else I've found with Juniper/Barkleys credit cards is that if you access your statement on their website, it might say you have made the payment due the next due date, but in fact, if you made it earlier than the statement cut-off date that is incorrect. You are thinking you have paid your due amount, then you get charged a late fee and your interest rate jumps. Also, if you are near your credit limit, watch out. If you only pay what it says is due, after your statement they will tack on a over limit fee. They are horrible to their customers, absolutely the worst I have ever come across.

I just closed my Juniper Account because the interest rose every month for the last 6 months and the customer service reps are the nastiest in the industry. Stay away.

Juniper bank raised my APR from 11.99 to 29.99 % for making a payment 3 days late. They didn't notify me, & although I always paid more than the minimum, the interest & fees exceeded the amount I was paying. The total grew to exceed my limit, & they are now charging me $39.00 over the limit charge. This is criminal. The Mafia gives you a straighter deal.
