Juniper Bank screws people over big time

Juniper Bank complaint
I have had an account with juniper bank since last year. Up until the end of last year I have had no problems with them but then they started charging me fees for everything. I went over my credit limit by less then $2.00 and they charged me fees every month. I called them on this and started making extra payments (2-3 payments per month) well over the min. amount due. But my over the limit amount was not going down. I come to find out that they were holding my payments to apply to the next statement. They intent. to keep you over the limit. They also jacked my rate from under 9% to 24% in the first month of this issue. I hate this company. I finally have almost paid them off and once I do I WILL NEVER USE THIS CARD AGAIN!!!!! This company has distroyed my credit all they want to do is milk the little people out of as much money as they can.
