Juniper is abusing an elderly friend of mine! Late and overlimit fees its criminal

I am helping an elderly sick friend of mine. Juniper bank should be shut down shut-up or *** kicked!! My friend is 76, and has been sick since cancer 3-4 yrs ago. This bank is robbing her every month, also they are almost impossible to contact by phone!! My friend is alone, no family in the area. I go to her house to help her clean or take her out to eat. She showed me her credit card statement, I couldnt beleive the fees they are charging her. Imagine how many other elderly sick people are being robbed!! Someone needs to do something!! Let me know how to report them and shut their *** down!!
