Juniper Bank complaint
Their collections keeps calling our new business cell phone looking for an unknown person named "Frank" who gave this number as his contact. We don't know if it previously was his number or if he just gave a ficticious number. We do not know a "Frank" and he has no connection to our number. When told that there is no "Frank" the collections people still call over and over again. When a supervisor was requested after 5 calls yesterday, the supervisor said she had removed the number from their list and then hung up on me. Today when the collections still called, a supervisor was requested and we were told "no". We were told we could not speak to a supervisor because our name had been removed from the list. When asked "why were we called then?" we were told because we were not removed from the computer loop, and hung up on. These people are a menace and have to be a stupid as can be!

I am having the exact same problem with them. If it goes on much longer I'm going to file a complaint with my State's attorney general.
