Tonight, while paying my bills online, I notice that our Juniper Card available credit was lowered by an incredible 61%. Which, in my opinion, is unacceptable, especially since there is no sufficiant cause for the reduction. I have never been late on payments and I have always paid at least twice the minimum payment of the account. I guess some recent advice that the famous Suze Orman was right, only make the minimum payments on your credit cards during this time of struggle in the economy. She projects that most banks will seize up on your available credit just to make their liability look less to shareholders, therefore more dividends. All on the backs of honest, hard-working patrons of the bank. Fortuneately for us the balance is pretty low, so it will be closed at our earliest convenience.

They did the same thing to me. Luckily, I was still in the introductory period with 0% interest. I was able to cancel my credit card wihout ever having paid interest or fees; so, they essentially lost money by having me as a customer. I'm glad I got over on them before they could really start screwing me as bad as they do everyone else.
