Over minimum payment - but still too low

I get a letter from Barclays (Juniper) loweing my limit because 1. I have too many cards with balances and 2. My last pament was too low.
Never late on ANY of my cards, so as far as I am concerned, that is BS
As far as the "Last payment too low" The minimum was $ 15.00, I paid $ 26.00...........if that is too low, why a $ 15.00 minimum.
I was told that they were concerned, so I cleared that and closed the account!!!!
I have asked for a letter of all their companies so I can boycott them as well.....bet I never get it.
