I do all of my fiances bookkeeping and on several occasions I contacted Juniper regarding things on his bill, for instance one time he received a $39 overlimit fee for being $.02 cents over the limit. The rep lied to me and told me that the financial department would not approve a credit on his account. I talked to them again and the next rep told me they had no financial department that made those decisions. I think they should be reported to the BBB. I have never experienced anything with any company as I did with them. I have always been able to work with my credit card companies if there was any type of problem and they are always more than willing to work with the card holder. I am very pissed and told them cancel the account and shove their card up their you know what. So PISSED!
